The well-known "bark" is created by the addition of brown sugar and Mediterranean sea salt. While the sugar causes caramelization, the salt drives out moisture which will be infused by delicious herbs and spices.
Freshly ground chipotle peppers bring a smoky heat, the additional herbs and spices balance the mixture with sweet, earthy and herbal flavours.
Ingredients: Brown sugar, Sea salt, Sweet paprika, Garlic, Onion, Black pepper, Chipotle pepper, Cumin, Caraway seeds, Coriander seeds, Yellow mustard seeds, Fennel seeds, Marjoram, Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon peel.
May contain traces of celery.
