In Turkey, after salt and black pepper, pul biber is the third most commonly used spice.
We based this blend on pul biber, from pul (“flake”), and biber (“pepper”), which is derived from the famous Aleppo pepper. A chili that is quite low in heat and bring a pleasant sweet warmth.
Here, we combined this amazing pepper with the earthy and herbal notes of cumin and oregano. This true allrounder works especially well on meat, vegetables and in sauces.
Ingredients: Aleppo chili pepper, Sea salt, Brown sugar, Cumin, Garlic, Sumac, Oregano.
May contain traces of mustard and celery.
